branding identity for a fictional restaurant in a mobile game called genshin impact. all branding and design elements come from items and descriptions found in the actual game.

in the game, the restaurant exists as a “hole-in-the-wall” type establishment with a window that looks right into the kitchen and outdoor seating on the side. In order to re-innovate the restaurant while still retaining traditional concepts, i added all appetizer/snack-food items to an “a la carte” menu resembling a dim sum menu. diners could select if they wanted to grab and go the snacks or sit and enjoy them. this is reminiscent of food stands popular in night markets in many different asian countries while still catering to the business of modern day.
